Terms & Conditions

In short: we arrange verified stays, staff, transport and property care in Punjab. You pay our North-American company in your currency. We take great care but can't guarantee against every third-party or force-majeure event; our liability is limited to what you paid us.

1. The service

Amanat arranges and coordinates concierge services — airport pickup, furnished rental homes, drivers, cooks, housekeeping, security, event sourcing and Rakhwali property-watch — through vetted local providers. Specific inclusions depend on the tier or plan you select and are confirmed in your written service agreement.

2. Bookings & payment

An enquiry is not a booking. A booking is confirmed once we issue a written service agreement and itemised invoice, and you pay the agreed amount to Amanat Concierge Inc. (USA) or Amanat Concierge Ltd. (Canada) in USD, CAD, GBP or AUD by card or local bank transfer. We do not ask you to wire funds to India. Payment may be staged; the balance is released as services are delivered. Prices are inclusive of our service fee; third-party costs (e.g. venue, fuel surcharges) are itemised.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate travel, guest and property information, to treat staff with respect, and to be responsible for damage to a rental property or vehicle caused by you or your guests beyond fair wear and tear. Rental homes are non-smoking unless agreed in writing.

4. Staff & providers

All assigned staff are background- and police-verified and you receive their details before service begins. Where a named individual becomes unavailable, we will provide an equivalent verified replacement.

5. Your property & the agreement

Every engagement is governed by a written service agreement, signed online remotely and notarised under Indian law. The agreement makes clear that our team and staff act solely as service providers for the duration of the service and acquire no tenancy, occupancy or ownership rights of any kind over your property. Any encroachment, sub-letting, poaching or misuse is expressly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination and legal action. Keys and access are logged, and a handover record is documented at the start and end of each engagement.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care in selecting and supervising providers, but we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss, or for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including weather, strikes, civil disruption, or acts of authorities. Except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability for any booking is limited to the fees you paid us for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

7. Rakhwali property eligibility & ownership

Rakhwali property-watch is offered only for homes you lawfully own or are expressly authorised to manage. Before service begins we require proof of ownership (a registered sale deed, property-tax receipt or utility bill in the owner's name), proof of the owner's identity, and, where you act for a family member, written authorisation. We carry out an encumbrance/title check and a physical verification. Properties under active litigation, dispute, attachment, or with unresolved co-ownership are not eligible until the matter is resolved and documented. You warrant that the information you provide is true and that you have the right to engage us; if this warranty is breached, or a dispute affecting the property arises, we may suspend or terminate service without liability, and we will not take sides in any ownership dispute.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (for customers billed by Amanat Concierge Inc.) or the Province of Ontario, Canada (for customers billed by Amanat Concierge Ltd.), and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

In short: we collect only what we need to serve you, we never sell your data, and we share it only with the Punjab team delivering your service. You can ask us to show or delete your data any time.

1. What we collect

Contact details (name, phone/WhatsApp, email, country), booking details (dates, city, guests, property and service preferences), payment confirmation records, and, for Rakhwali members, property information and the documents you ask us to hold (e.g. utility accounts, receipts).

2. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver your services, process payment, keep you updated, and maintain your Rakhwali records and reports. We communicate mainly over WhatsApp, phone and email, as you prefer.

3. Who we share it with

Only with our operating affiliate and the specific verified staff delivering your service in Punjab, and with payment processors to take payment. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on access-controlled systems and kept only as long as needed for the service and our legal obligations. Rakhwali portal accounts are protected by a password and multi-factor authentication.

5. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you, by messaging us or emailing privacy@amanatpunjab.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Cancellation & Refunds

In short: cancel a stay 14+ days ahead for a full refund of fees; Rakhwali runs annually and you can cancel with one month's notice. Refunds go back to your original payment method, in your own currency.

1. Stays & events

Cancel 14 days or more before arrival for a full refund of Amanat service fees (third-party costs already committed on your behalf, such as venue deposits, are refunded only if recoverable). Cancel 7–13 days ahead for a 50% refund of service fees; within 7 days, service fees are non-refundable, though we will always try to recover committed third-party costs for you.

2. Rakhwali property-watch

Rakhwali is an annual subscription billed monthly or yearly. You may cancel at any time with one month's written notice; we do not tie your home up in long lock-ins. If you prepaid annually, we refund the unused whole months.

3. Reporting portal

The optional reporting portal add-on can be cancelled any time; your documents remain downloadable for 30 days after cancellation, after which they are removed from active systems.

4. How refunds are made

Refunds are issued by the same North-American company that billed you, back to your original payment method, in your own currency, normally within 5–10 business days.

5. Changes & our cancellations

If we ever have to cancel or materially change a confirmed service for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of the affected fees, or a rebooking at no extra service charge — your choice.
