Before you decide
Do I have to pay online to book?
No. Plan the visit over WhatsApp or a call first. When you're ready we send a written agreement and an invoice you pay by card. There's no deposit to talk to us.
Who do I pay, and in what currency?
You pay our North-American company — Amanat Concierge Inc. (USA) or Amanat Concierge Ltd. (Canada) — in your own currency (CAD, USD or AUD), by card or local bank transfer. You are never asked to wire money to an account in India. We fund and manage the team in Punjab ourselves. The INR figures are shown only so you can see the local value.
Can I use my own family house instead of a rental?
Yes — and it's cheaper. Switch the toggle above to "I have my own home" to see services-only pricing (you're paying for people and service, not a rental). We ready and run your own house, and the same team looks after you. If it sits empty the rest of the year, ask us about Rakhwali.
Are the driver and staff really verified?
Before anyone is assigned to you they must clear police character verification, show ID and, for drivers, a commercial licence. You receive their photo, name and licence number on WhatsApp before they arrive.
Can I change tiers during my stay?
Of course. Start with Mehmaan and add a driver or cook mid-visit, or step up to Jagirdar for a wedding week. You only pay for what you use.
Pay safely, the way you do at home
Pay by card in Canadian, US or Australian dollars on Stripe's secure checkout. Never a wire to an account in India.
